Using StaffKlok responsibly

These terms summarize the operational responsibilities expected when using StaffKlok for real workforce data.

Authorized access

Users may only access workspaces, employee records, kiosk terminals, approvals, exports, and settings they are authorized to use.

Accurate records

Clocking, approvals, disputes, billing calendars, and exports should reflect real work activity and must not be manipulated to create false attendance records.

Organization responsibility

Each tenant is responsible for configuring lawful and fair verification policies, assigning appropriate access, and reviewing exceptions before payroll or billing use.

StaffKlok by Infiniby supports operational evidence. It does not replace legal, payroll, tax, or labour advice.
