This setup is for site-based teams using a QR pass or a one-time code alongside face verification. It is a separate attendance approach from clocking directly on a personal phone. The pass is part of the verification journey, not a substitute for checking the person presenting it.

A successful attendance check produces a time record. Schedules, breaks and your organisation's review rules still determine how that record is used on a timesheet. Missing or unexpected clock times need attention before the timesheet is prepared for payroll.
Choose the setup for the site
Start a workspace and select the QR-pass approach during registration. Complete the relevant people, site and verification setup before rollout. If your requirement is an unattended face terminal without a pass, review the entrance terminal workflow instead.
