One shared device at the entrance
An entrance terminal lets employees use a workplace device instead of a personal phone. Choose an unattended terminal for a fixed entrance, or an operator-assisted device when someone is managing the queue. The camera-focused experience identifies the employee and provides feedback on the attendance action.

Complete face consent and enrolment, then check readiness before relying on the terminal for attendance. Assisted capture supports employees who do not have staff accounts. Device setup, camera access and an appropriate power arrangement are part of preparing the entrance for everyday use.
Review exceptions against the shift
Recorded clock-in and clock-out times feed the attendance and timesheet workflow. The expected shift and tenant rules determine payable time, including breaks and grace periods.
